Heather is BOC certified and a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Minnesota. She started working at Lakeville North in August 2018. She grew up in White Bear Lake and played basketball, ultimate frisbee, and ran cross country in high school.

Jess is a BOC certified and licensed athletic trainer in Minnesota. She started working for Summit Orthopedics in the summer of 2022 and will be splitting her time between Lakeville North and Lakeville South this school year. She grew up in Prior Lake and played basketball in high school.

An athletic trainer will be on-site (at LNHS) for most lower level events and accessible for emergencies and injury evaluations as needed.
* Athletic trainer will be at (or "on-site" for) all lower level games (9, 10, or JV)

The purpose of athletic training club is to expose students to the world of sports medicine through athletic training. Members will assist in taping, evaluation of injuries, rehabilitation, documenting, game day prep, and many other things!
