How to Register

Step 1: Create an Arbiter Registration Account
    Go to our Registration Site:  
        • One account per family (even with multiple students)
        • You’ll need your student’s ID number (can be found in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal)

Step 2: Activate Your Account
    • After creating your account, check your email (including your junk/spam folder) for the activation link.
    • If you need help, email registration@arbitersports.com or call the Activities Office.

Step 3: Complete Your Fall Sports Registration
    • Select the correct sport
    • Submit payment (once our system confirms processing)
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is complete

FREE/REDUCED EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS
If you believe that you will qualify for educational benefits, please apply for that right away.

Then email Lisa Krohnberg at rebecca.donner@isd194.org to avoid registration delays.

⚠️ CRITICAL:  Have You Checked Your Child’s Sports Physical?
    All Student-Athletes must have a valid sports physical on file in order to register & participate.

 ✔ Physicals are valid for 3 years
     ✔ The physical must cover the entire season (if it will expire mid-season, it must be updated immediately)

To check the date of your child’s last physical:   Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
            On mobile: Menu > More > Health > Immunizations > Scroll to bottom
            On desktop: Athletics tab or Student Information > Health tab

Submitting a Sports Physical form to your School:
        If you need to submit a physical form, choose one of the following:
            Email it to: rebecca.donner@isd194.org  or
            Fax to: 952-469-7945 (Attn: Rebecca Donner)  or
            Drop it off in the mail depository near the Admin Office

Need to get a Sports Physical Quickly?
        If your student needs a physical last minute:
        You do not need to wait for your family doctor if schedules are tight…
        Walk-in visits at Minute Clinics are accepted and much easier to get completed ASAP.

If you believe you may qualify for educational benefits, please complete the paperwork each year before you begin registration. Families must reapply at the beginning of each school year and new applications are available July 1 each year.

How to check if your child has a valid sports physical:

You can check to see if your student's sports physical is valid as follows:

Mobile Device:
1.  Under the Menu (3 lines in upper left corner)  have to navigate to: MORE
2.  Then to:  HEALTH
3.  Then to : IMMUNIZATIONS
4.  Then scroll to the bottom of that page to see:  Last Sports Physical Date

Desktop Computer:
Find the "Athletics" tab (may be on your main screen in the file tabs across the top OR under STUDENT INFORMATION, which can be found under the 3 little lines menu option in the upper left corner of the screen. 

Sports Physical Forms can be emailed to lisa.krohnberg@isd194.org

**Sports physicals are good for 3 years.  Your child must start the season (including tryouts) with a sports physical that will be valid throughout the entire season.

Completed Sports Physical Forms can be:
1. Emailed to Lisa Krohnberg at  lisa.krohnberg@isd194.org
or
2. Faxed to 952-469-7945 (attn: Lisa Krohnberg)
or
3.  Dropped off in the mail depository located by the Admin Office
