Through purpose, principles and passion, together we’ll create the disciple in one’s self and others to become true teammates and the best version of ourselves both on and off the ice.

For far too long, the almighty W took precedence over becoming our absolute best as a team. Yet when we function as a highly trained unit, support each other and give it our all, the W’s naturally follow. These wins never come at the expense of fun or our high standards of excellence, so together we’ll make far more than a winning season. We’ll make memories, bonds and strive for positivity both inside and outside of the Arena.

This is my promise to the boys of Lakeville North, founded on three ideas:
