How long do I have to reach my fundraising goals?

For the 2025 soccer season, you can fundraise from October 16, 2024 through October 15, 2025 using RaiseRight. Coupon Card sales occur in August and September.

Keep in mind that on October 15, 2025, you can continue ordering through RaiseRight and have an entire year to fundraise toward the 2025 Season.

 

How do I know when I’ve reached my fundraising goals?

The Booster Club Treasurer will provide you with and end-of-season update.  Additionally, if you would like to track your own fundraising progress take the total dollars raised from the following:

-  Coupon Card Sales: Total cards sold X $17.50

-  RaiseRight: Sign into your account on raiseright.com and navigate to the Personal Dashboard. From there, click on 'Earning Summary Report’  and run October 16, 2024 – October 15, 2025 (or current date, whichever is earlier).

 

If I have raised more than the necessary fundraising goals, can I carry over the extra dollars to meet next year’s goal?

No. There is no carry-over. Each year, on October 16, your fundraising balance will go back to $0 for the following year. However, every dollar you raise will support our soccer program.

 

How do I settle up for any shortfall amount to meet my fundraising commitment?

At the end of October, our Booster Treasurer will be contacting you to share the amount of fundraising dollars raised, and any shortfall. At that time, there will be a request that a check be provided to the Booster Club - on or before the day of the year-end banquet - to cover any shortfalls.
