Please use the online form ("Facilities Schedule Request Form") found below to submit simple facility requests.  

For bulk requests (ex: requests for an entire season), if it easier to submit your request in paper form, please print and fill out blank monthly calendars (a link can be found below) and email it to: lisa.krohnberg@isd194.org

PROCESS: 

• 1st:  Look at the calendar (links below) to determine what areas are open & when.
• 2nd:  Fill out the request form OR submit the monthly handwritten calendar with your request. 
• 3rd: Wait for a confirmation email to confirm that your time has been secured!

For Special Custodial needs:  Please see the Head Custodian or Night Lead. 

For AV Needs:  Please email our Auditorium Supervisor, Morgan Baumbach 7-10 days prior to your event. morgan.baumbach@isd194.org

* Special needs not confirmed at least a week in advance will not be filled.
