VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNTIES 2023-2024

As a reminder you are required to commit to 2 Regular Season Volunteering spots AND an allday volunteering commitment at the Lake Liner Invitational on December 9, 2023. Below are just some examples of volunteer areas in Regular Season that will come to you in an email with a sign-up genius link:

Quint Meal Volunteers: Come to the school around 4:00pm (each sign up has specific times) to help set-up, serve, and clean up for these meals. We will have 4 meals. Dates are: 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12 (at LNHS)

JV Dinner: Help set-up, decorate, serve and clean up dinner honoring our JV team 1/26/24

Sections Dinner 2/09/23 (Varsity parents)

Lake Liner Show: Every year we host a show. This year it is on Saturday, Feb 3, 2024. All of our teams perform their Kick and Jazz Dances. Several local studios are also invited to perform. There are several areas needed to help at the show.

Studio Decoration for Sections: – Need a coordinator. Will organize the decorating of the studio for sections week. Will decorate on 2/3/24 after the show.

Costume Distribution/Collection: Work with the Costume coordinator. Help with distributing costumes or other costume related needs throughout the season. Help collect/wash costumes at end of season.

Treats – JV and Varsity – JV treats week is 1/22/24. Someone to bring treats for the dancers after practice. This is JV’s last week. Girls love juice boxes, Dilly bars, Cherry Berry anything cold. See Sign-up genius for more information.

Varsity Sections week treats – 2/5/24 same as above.

Scrapbooking – Someone to host the scrapbooking session 2/11/23. Team provides all materials. Girls make their own 8 ½ x 11 pages to be put together and sent to printer to be copied and each girl gets a book of all dancer’s pages at the banquet.
